After I hit 50 I had great success unlocking the ultimate + parts with the nsx, the top end acceleration is out of this world. And it's handling isn't terrible either after the small learning curve. It doesn't compare to the RSR, but if you want a car that's not on his top 5 fastest and not on this list id highly recommend following his nsx guide.

Just started this game 2 days ago I am now maxed out with my rsr (for that level) and have my 180sx built for drifting. These methods helped my grind so much! *note you still gotta put in the time but just it makes it easier and efficient to level up and make money. A great alternative for the ford gt is the Lamborghini huracan, if you Spec it to elite+, it becomes a rocket, it becomes even better if you motor swap it for the v12 engine. It’s a bit pricey(be prepared to spend about $500k if you have Elite+ parts in your inventory, or $750k if you don’t) but it’s totally worth it

Yes but the RSR is from the 70s. Even upgraded it shouldn’t be as fast as it is, it comes from an era where Porsche meant properly rear engined, and I reckon if you tried to do anything as such in the game in real life, you would find that the engine being that far out the back is deadly, hence the name the widow maker. (PS - the widow maker nickname originated for the 930 turbo, a later car to the RSR, although related to the RSR T project.)

Cars that you can use ✔ Nissan 180sx (tbh you could beat the whole game and get rep 50 with this at the start if the game) Nissan GTR(Can use Mid To Late game) Ferrari F40(One of the best cars for racing aside from the rsr and GT) Mazda RX7 Or Nissan 370z(for those who are doing the drift missions but if u started with the 180sx u dont need to get any if this) Pagani Huarya(this is for those who have lots of money saved up when your close to rep 50 and is a top 3 hypercar in the game) Porchse Spyder( Alternative to the pagani and costs much less) Cars to Avoid mainly for late game and rep 50 ❌ McLaren P1 AND GTR(these cars suck so bad at turning you'd think they were made for drag) Polestar 1( Same problems with the McLarens its bad at handling) Ford Foxbody(Even at 400+ this thing is slow at and bad handling) Aston Martin Vulcan( Worst hyper car in the game) But other then that any other car I listed is fine when your rep 50 and have a ton of ultimate parts👍🏾

Used the lambo huracan coupe to get all parts. The RSR even though it was unlocked was a little prone to damage due to hits easily, so used the huracan, it gave better damage controls and just outraced everyone

I guess I'm in a camp of my own then. I got the Fairlady 240 GZ at rank 12 because I was dumb and loved that car in Payback. I stayed with my starter car (sadly the 65 Mustang) until I hit rank 19. At rank 19, I upgraded the Fairlady to the 308hp 3.6l V6 and that thing by default was increased to a 184 rating. I moved all my parts over to the Fairlady and man did that thing kick ass. I later swapped it to the 282hp 3.6l Flat 6 from your video about using it wrong. It suffered a lower rating as I don't have the Ultimate or Ultimate+ parts yet, but it did better with that engine. But yeah, I probably would've used the RSR or the Evo IX if I watched this video sooner. I've made so many mistakes, including buying some cars early as I didn't know that the starter car would be better than most of them when it comes to stock parts. If I ever do another playthrough, I'm gonna do things right. And be in less of a hurry to finish the story and just ranked up. I didn't know this NFS Heat would have such a short story compared to NFS Payback.

Congrats! Yeah, I finished the game on hard difficulty in two days. Spent another two collecting things around the map. I never did dlc. Honestly the game is fun but way too short. I love cars so I just buy and modify. I think I have 64 in my garage almost are 400+ with engine swaps. Racing online is fun if people join lol. They need to bring back Speedlists.

It could be because of your live tuning, in the early stages of the game the downforce live tuning will impact your cars rank, try leaving it in the middle or tuning it for minimal downforce

Okay, just went to try the Evo IX thing on a fresh playthrough. You are WRONG about the engine swap. The 562hp 3.8 isn't unlocked until level 35. Not to mention that my starter car when everything was equipped was better. I hate to say it, but the RSR is the better option to this build.

Great idea, lad. Perhaps those hint guides are a must if you want to create this kind of Need For Speed Heat book. If you did something like that lad, you might make millions beyond millions with a very helpful hint book you ever did.

thanks dude. Im using the ford GT for heat races. its amazing with ultimate+ parts. also the Ferrari F40 is good on heat races.
