डॉक्टर जी बहुत बहुत धन्यवाद आप की बताई हुई एक्सरसाइज बहुत अच्छा परिणाम दे रही है जो आपने एक नंबर की एक्सरसाइज बताई उसमें टांग पीछे की तरफ फोल्ड करते हुए नसों में बहुत अधिक दर्द होता है वह पीछे की तरफ मूड नहीं पा रही तो जितना मुडती हो क्या उतना ही मोड़कर कर सकते हैं। धन्यवाद

डॉक्टर साहब मेरा एक्सीडेंट में राइट साइड का कूल्हा टूट गया था। इलाज के बाद मेरे पैर में घुटने से नीचे उंगलियों तक सुन रहता है और झंझनहाट महसूस होती है इसमें भी ये वाली एक्सरसाइज इफेक्टिव हैं या कोई और बताए प्लीज़ में बहुत परेशान ही मेने पैसे भी बहुत खर्च कर लिए पर पैर सही नि होता। आपक बहुत आभारी रहूंगा।🙏🙏🙏😭
