My uncle had a tough arrest fight where the big guy took him to the ground and he tazed him in the groin to make his are when he was in law enforcement.

It's a lot easier on a hard, flat surface. What about if someone is attacked on a sofa, bed, or in a car? I'm sure some of these tactics would still work there, but I don't know. Just curious for any input. Thanks!

It just takes practice...practice with a partner preferably with someone who has jujitsu or any self defense knowledge...if yo want to get better join a martial Arts school or find one that has a womens self defense program

@@krynico8451 what he demonstrates in this video requires more than a little practice. there are far simpler ways that don't involve this high skill/fitness level.

It doesn't require rocket science nor a black belt nor a Olympian body to do these moves😶...These are jujitsu moves which are based on making anyone no matter how athletic or size capable to defend themselves...these moves will ensure you can protect yourself on the ground esp from this position...they have children as young as 4 years old and older people who do these drills...everything in martial arts requires practice no matter what you practice...nothing that is very effective will be easy..if you seek something simple well then carry a weapon or just try not to be victim or get yourself in bad positions..That would be simple enough but not always the outcome.
