I will go ahead and tell u about 4 years ago my 8th grade year I played football and I was getting into magic and I got injured bad and I couldn't play football any more so I picked up magic and I found u on KZbin about 3 years ago and ur soo amazing and about 1 year ago my brother died of cancer and the night of my brothers funeral my dad passed and I dropped into a deep depression for about a week but then I saw my cards sitting on my bed and I was like man I can't let all this hold me back soo I git my cards and I started getting deeper into magic and deeper into the history and it's all because of u man I Thank u soo much u really do inspire me I can't thank u enough

@@zombiepirateninja1438 Lol. In that case, have you the School for Scoundrels Monte videos? They’re very good, even includes actual footage of a Monte gang hustling with Gazzo & others analyzing it. I like videos also, but there are some nuances you get from books. I use both whenever I can. A common saying in magic is: “If you want to hide something, put it in a book”.

@@Genethagenius I have not! Thanks for the suggestion! And they should add to that saying, if you REALLY want to hide something, word it in turn of the century English in a book. It's not that I can't learn from books. But EATCT is written in such an ancient dialect that is practically useless to someone modern. I'm 37, I've read Paradise Lost and the entire Divine Comedy, and have never seen such confusing English. It could seriously use a re-write in modern lingo.

I know how the trick is done. I live in Las Vegas and saw some street hustlers performing this trick on the Strip. I told the guy to let me try it. I fooled the guy and he was looking closely for the move! However, this guy pulled in a fortune in the 20 minutes I was hanging out with him. He got one guy for $600. I felt so bad for the guy who lost.
