I have a huge question. I am due in court next year across the country for an abuser that abused me for years. It took close to 5 years of investigation to get to court. Now I can not travel to the other province as I can’t get the vaccine and I am not allowed in court without it. May I ask the Crown at tourney to have this court seen through zoom? If not all the charges will be dismissed and he will walk away. Also yes, this court case will be heard in a Ontario and due to the severity of this case, there is no statutes of limitations on it

Break and enter yeah, even if you slide through an open window of a trailer unit in a trailer park and it's not your property or you weren't authorized to enter.

I watch ur video but i messaga with ur staff then they said they don't do legal aid, but my case now i been house arrest almost a year. I through you do videos like this so you will help people with no money like me or people get charge with some case people get charge by police with no evidence. How about the real LAW system Law meaning Land -Air-Water . Whereas we live on the land and are subject to the Common Law system which is simple " Do no harm, no victim no crime " Then there is Maritime/Admiralty Law = The Laws of the sea /water which include statutes, codes , licenses , regulations, bylaws which are commercial laws and are only subject to those engaged in commerce or "legal" affairs . Common law being " Lawful" affairs . Police judges , many government officials swear an oath of office to uphold the common laws of the land and protect the constitution and peoples rights . The police academy trains police to enforce maritime law on the innocent members of society and most cops have no idea that they are violating the rights nearly every interaction they have unless there is a victim or damaged property . In fact police are forced to collect revenue from the Motor Vehicle branch and have no idea that a drivers license is only required from those engaged in commerce or using the roads for profit thus the term ' driver' bus driver, cab driver, courier etc . The term ' driver ' is a commercial term as is " motor vehicle' . Unless you are in commerce you need not have a license and can sue police for telling you that you must have one

Codes, acts, policies ,and statutes are not law. Lawyers lie all the time. They talk about laws and such. One thing you never hear them talk about is section 32 of the Charter of rights and freedoms. As most people have heard the charter is the supreme law. What you haven't heard is it applies to the government, not the people. This means all law in Canada is meant for the government, they do not have the authority to make laws controlling the people. I have pasted it here for you to read for yourself. Section 32 - Application of Charter 32. (1) This Charter applies: to the Parliament and government of Canada in respect of all matters within the authority of Parliament including all matters relating to the Yukon Territory and Northwest Territories; and to the legislature and government of each province in respect of all matters within the authority of the legislature of each province. Exception (2) Notwithstanding subsection (1), section 15 shall not have effect until three years after this section comes into force. The purpose of section 32 is to make it clear that the Charter only applies to governments, and not to private individuals, businesses or other organizations. Subsection 32(2) was necessary to give governments a chance to amend their laws to bring them into line with equality rights. Section 15 of the Charter did not come into force until three years after the rest of the Charter became effective on April 17, 1982.

No, but businesses do have a right to not serve you if you don’t wear a mask. Instead of acting like a man child, just wear a mask or come back when you have one.

@@rjdiggs738 when people are forced to comply with obvious lies they lose their sense of probity. To consent with even small lies is immoral. The mask cannot protect you from covid. The spacing in the fabric cannot hold in the scent of a fart. It cannot hold in the condensation from your breath. How can you expect it to hold back virus molecules which are thousands of times smaller than the previous two examples.
