@@peanutbutterpirate314 Hey, you can disagree if you wish, and it wouldn’t look bad on a white plate, but to me, I think this looks very good. It has a very “natural” feel, and it’s more unique than your standard white-plate look.

3 stars... and what a performance.. Oh my word.. is this perfection ? or obsession ? but what does it taste like ? maybe as good as fried egg and chips ? hahaha

It’s better to not compare It’s different ways of eating, different times, situations and a lot more Sometimes you eat a fried egg with chips, and very sometimes you eat 3* restaurant(depends on your wallet) And it’s a obsession for perfection, they woke 16-17 hours a day to make all those things and make those kind of dishes possible And yes, every component of each dish has to be perfect It’s good to save some money and once a year, you go to a restaurant like that. It’s a experience from the moment you walk in the place until you leave

they usually serve more than one person during an evening. Seems to surprise a lot of people, but michelin star kitchens don't throw anything edible away.

in fact the one plating is the actual chef "Nelson tanane" Jonnie boer stands there to be the face of the restaurant. he lets his souschef explain the dish to give him the stage to show himself. its not about caring, its all about the experience =]
