I am pleased to watch yr dryland exercises. I am a beginner for breaststroke n struggling with the kicking esp knees accidentally forward to stomach n hip pop up. I will follow the chairs techniques n walls kicking(narrow kick). I am 60plus just learning swimming. I know how to swim dead frog techniques. Looking forward yr video(dryland n pool) for beginner free style kicking for leg. During kicking instead moving forward but backward(freestyle). U are great 😂. Thank u very much.

Those pool tiles at 1:45 need regrouting.😉 Thanks for the tips and underwater footage on the wide knees, very helpful.

@@yijuntey Backstroke starts. They are hard to get right. Im 67 and getting an efficient start off the wall is tricky.
