Phytologically it's not about the mask, it's about behavioral control where citizens will tattle on one another. This is proven when a masked person gets in the personal space of a non-masked person to chastise them about not wearing a mask! Masks were never meant to be worn all day long. They collect bacteria and concentrate bacteria for every min and hour worn. Making masks dirtier than the carpets SHE was stepping on. One of the best first Amendment Audits I've ever seen! First off I love the way you're so articulate of the law and you express yourself so well. You are one of the very best. Second, Sargent Schmidt gets a gold start for being one of the most seasoned officers I have ever witnessed. Again thank you for one of the besti first Amendment Audits on youtube!

Bro I've watched a bunch of them multiple times. Jason is a very learned man that has taught me a lot the last couple years. Helped me and from what I see....at least a million other Americans learn how to calmly and intelligently assert their constitutional rights against all types of different people. From crazy psychos that try to run him over. Ignorant cops that violate ALL OF OUR rights on a daily basis. Public employees making more than you that treat people like shit. Thank God for men like this and shame on anyone that calls them frauds or "cop baiters". I'm about to start auditing myself. Can't wait to see the crazies come out.

Why does a public health office have a “panic button” ? Is there a bank, a jewelry store or any business with cash and/or valuables within to rob !
@genesis29363 жыл бұрын
Forgot to add that this service is not free, I believe (from my last work @ retail store) there’s installation fee and monthly charges coz when panic button is used, there’s a real person that calls the PD and call you back to make sure it’s fine, just add it to my tax bill for something useless and shouldn’t been there to begin with
@ManUtd5033 жыл бұрын
Dont mean to be rude but thats an ignorant question. You have no idea how agressive people get when it comes to health. I work in an ER and have been kicked in the face, spit on, punched, had stuff thrown at me. We have to restrain a patient a few times a week because they are a danger to themselves or other and are threatening us verbally and often times physically. Retail is Disneyland compared to healthcare. I worked retail for a few years in my younger days and its honestly laughable that you would compare it to a health facility.
@ManUtd5033 жыл бұрын
@not tellin I'd like to point out that the POLICE, not the hospital are usually the one's who put people on a 5150(72 hour hold) We as healthcare workers dont have the authority to take someone off a 5150, only a psychiatrist can take someone off. It can take a while for the psychiatrist to speak to the patient so in the meantime, we are stuck with a person, who was brought in by police, who put them on a 5150 because of something they did or said and we can't just let someone like that walk out the door. If your trying to say it's our fault, then your wrong. What a lot of people dont realize, and I wish they would is, be careful what you say when your drinking or doing drugs if you really don't want help. I see this all the time. Someone gets drunk, makes a scene around family and threatens to kill themselves. Family calls police, police put said person on a 5150 and take them to an ER. Then the person sobers up and starts verbally/physically abusing ER staff because they are frustrated to be on a 5150. You can't say shit like "I want to kill myself" and then 2 hours later say "I didn't mean it." Thats not how the world works.
@NayDeevo313 жыл бұрын
Pretty sure its because patients are their charges, therefore vulnerable people. The panic button is not a random decision. There is almost certainly some situation that made them have to decide to install one.
@genesis29363 жыл бұрын
Nathan Devonport Don’t know if you had the opportunity to read my comment/reply, a “panic button” could be more of a danger when used improperly, proper training with its use is to press it when the incident just took place and the bad guy is on his way OUT, this is what’s recommended by security specialists, LE experts, etc coz chances are much higher for injury to yourself, LEO and the “bad guy” if used by untrained or improperly trained employees and press it prematurely. I have a good friend who’s a pharmacist that ran after a guy that just held up the pharmacy at gunpoint for oxycontin (since it’s introduction, pharmacy crimes went up like 10 fold) like 15-20;years ago were both trapped in the vestibule, he was pushed so hard and to this day, surgeon get bits and pieces of glass shrapnels out of his back ! BTW, they caught the guy and he was a third striker and nothing was gonna stop him as he was facing a mandatory 25 yrs- life in California !

Hello Jason and thank you for sticking up for our rights and teaching us how to do it I'm currently studying criminal justice associate and I realized this all starts at the dispatch once learned that it's just a person with a camera on the public accessible property or private property with permission then the dispatcher should not send the police.
