Number 3 is my fav. I did use gouda and sharp cheddar. OMG!!! This is now my all time favorite. I was a lasagna lover. Now your version of number 3 has taken my taste buds to a "whole nother level,": Thanks for sharing, these awesome one dish recipes 🙇‍♀️

Oh the baked penne with roasted vegetables has me drooling. That's first on my list to try. As others have said, thank you so much for taking the time to figure out ingredients for one. I'm tired of fixing my old standbys and then having leftovers for days. Terrific help for me.

I am loving your recipes for one person. I am a widow & have found cooking frustrating for just me so needles to say I was more than pleased got peruse your channel. Lovin the recipes but wonder if you somehow slow down the things I need because the screen with ingredients are only there for a second or 2 & I have to keep going back to the start. I am not fast enough to jot them down & my memory is not what it use to be…sorry I hope I am not being a pain. Just wondered if there was some way I can do slow-mo to get it all down pat without having to go back to the simple recipes that are so tasty. Thank you for your making my life easier.
