Tried this recipe, meat was almost at temp on two normal sized ones and one thicker one was about 10 degrees off after the first 10 minutes. I put them back in the oven after flipping them for 5 minutes for the 2 normal, and 8 minutes for the thicker one. Way less than 15 minutes. Maybe I'm in Florida and it's the air, or my oven, or the cast iron pan, but watch out and take a temp check with a thermometer after the first 10 is my advice.

I used to do this many years ago. I rolled the balls in chopped salted peanuts, the salt offsets the sweetness a little and keep them in the frig. Really good.

I made, and it was easy and delicious. Next time I will probably lessen the sugar a little. I may improvise at times by adding lemon extract, and try adding a little cream cheese for a different flavor. I will never make another regular size pound cake again, unless having company. Thank you for the recipe.

Batter was too thick. Too much flour to wet ingredient proportion making it too dense. Also too much baking soda, made it inflate too much. I'd do half tsp baking soda instead. Overall a bad recipe, I've tried a bunch and they all turn out perfect. Japanese pancakes are way fluffier and lighter. This one was just extremely dense with flour. Do not recommend.

@ nothing to be honest as its non stick but if u want to, u can just use a tiny bit of butter just to grease it minimally

I made this soup but added carrots and celery. And substituted beans with Great Northern beans. That's what was in the house. Lol I'd post a picture, but I don't see how to do it. It turned out " Amazing ! " And there was enough for me to eat for 2 nights. I made garlic toast to go with it. YUMMY!
