Definitely essential accessories. Those RK-TRS-X adapters are my #1 must-have! It is so much easier (and affordable) to replace a bad 3.5mm TRS cable than a MIDI cable at the last second.

Cool, thanks. RK-TRS-X is good, but where I live there is no one where you can buy this product. Import with tax is way too expensive for me. That's why I recommend Befaco midi cable, one pack of A and one pack of B. You get 3 pieces per pack and the cable length is good (for me), red is A, gray is B.

Hey great video, I have heard of people having issues with ground loops but ive played a number of gigs where the m8 was the brain/main audio out and havent experienced a ground loop. What causes them and is it possible that the venues setup could potentially cause me problems on that front?

The largest culprit is when the usb cable and audio out are used simultaneously. Best practice is to use one or the other, which is generally not a problem at a gig

With that large battery the M8 doesn't need to be connected to ground. That isolator will then only degrade the audio.

Omx-27 is made in batches but the other items are available. I just bought some TRS-X from Perfect Circuit myself, and the noise isolators are sold everywhere

@@EZBOT_ it helps you avoid spending probably $1000 on gadgets to get the functionality of a $0 setup.

Can't tell if you are unsure what the M8 does, or what Milky tracker does but yes if you want a tracker that just does samples there are lots of choices, if you want handheld hardware to do it, LGPT on psp, gp2x , picotracker. Or you can get a teensy 4.1 with your dumpster laptop and put the M8 firmware on it (it's free) and you can use all the synth engines as well as samples like milky tracker but have 200hz tables, disk streaming, advanced fx commands, midi in out, etc nothing wrong with using Milky tracker, love all trackers. Definitely not the best choice for everyone, shout out to Furnace too, also dumpster friendly.
