I think These are not questions which you put. I think is the best way to write all questions by sequences and then you can see 2,4,6th questions. There was too many questions but some of them depends each others . for example 1. 4:37 After this question comes "yours or somebody else's?>>. I think these is a one question. Next one 2. 5:00 following by 5:06 > and then 5:10 then 5:24 are these as one or different questions? ... so on. there are few that questions. if we will separate all these questions then there are more than 20 questions. I was written most of them shortly on my whiteboard. Otherwise we should separate them by grouping. I want to improve my english so I want to know.

Thank you. You've put a lot of thought into this. However, the organization was confusing. There were the 3 habits I was waiting for, but then numbered lists for the first two habits. Instead of having a cartoonist drawing, which just added more confusion, watching the cartoonist draw unnecessary pictures, your information would be clearer by 1. Stating the 3 habits up front, shown as a written list. Then, 2 Showing your content, written in outline form. Show us the outline of all your content, instead of cartoons. Instead of numbering the sublists (which made it unclear if the numbers were for the 3 habits, or items in the sublists, the sublists items would get a letter, as is customary in outline form. Last but not least, the intro example/story was long, confusing, seemed irrelevant, and unnecessary. Please leave it out. Just start with your list of 3 habits,, then your sublists.in outline form. Avoid examples and stories. It's not working for you. They're too long. Please keep going making videos, as you've got good ideas. It takes a lot of practice to hone communicating ideas well, for all of us. Thank you. I'm going to try planning my day and prioritizing the most important item, the morning before. Smart! Thanks.

I found this very helpful. While I am retired (12 years now), I am very active with my hobbies and volunteer pursuits. While I do get a lot accomplished, I'd like to be even more productive. I feel that I've lost my way a bit in retirement - I was more productive when I was younger. It may not be completely a matter of slowing down with age but possibly being less organized and more distracted by all the fun opportunities that come my way.

Exactly how I feel since being retired! Since retirement my “structured” day is gone. Now the day is wide open with so many choices and opportunities it can become overwhelming! I like the ideas in this video and feel it is a good thing for retirees.

Saying NO to immediate urgent tasks requested by the boss and only starts working on this after your routine priorities simply means saying Yes to no bonuses and increments. If you don't prioritize your boss's work, your boss also won't prioritize you over promotions, bonuses as well.
@borisbiba8 ай бұрын
Then, your boss and you should talk about the tasks you are working on and their importance. If the dailys are not important to have priority, so why do you work on them? If anything your boss gives you is more important than the work you are supposed to do, maybe someone should just be employed to fullfill the tasks your boss come on with.

I do something similar at work. I have a planner and two pens. A blue one, and a red. The last 5-10 minutes at work i do a recap of my day. I create tomorrow's list, writing each task in blue ink. If theres a large list, i will number only the top three important things (usually the things that are most time sensitive or have the biggest financial impact for my customer). The next day at work, I devote most of my energy to completing the three most important tasks. Once ive completed them, i take that red pen and draw a fat red line through that task with a big "DONE" written through it. It is like a drug for me to get to that point. The point is, i just put myself right into the task and commit to it. I dont find myself needing to devote much personal time to work just using this technique.

Something that stood out to me in this video is when you were talking about rituals. You mentioned that the week day was the part of the week that you enjoyed the most because you had rituals, and the weekend was void of rituals. Actually, this isn’t true; you do have rituals, and they are ramshackle on the weekend. Not eating healthily, not exercising, etc. are rituals. We all have the opportunity to make good choices and stick to a productive plan no matter if it’s a week day or the weekend. Cheers!

Are there any that feel like they will have a more positive impact on your life than the others? If you can't think of any maybe make that your top priority. Take the time to really think about where you want to be going? What ways do you want to be improving your life? Make a list and then look at the list and prioritize the things that will give the greatest effect. Meaning that they may help in multiple areas of your life. For example exercise... if you're not already doing that.. can have wonderful effects on your body but also on your mind and mental well being and therefore can improve multiple areas of your life.

These are so well done, and you clearly put a lot of time and effort into them. One tiny detail would make them look a little more finished- in your text boxes, put periods at the end of your sentences. You do it to divide two sentences, and you (usually) put a question mark at the end of your questions. This one tiny difference would make your text boxes look a little more professional and give them continuity. Nice work!
