This is our first ever yoga retreat, something we've always wanted to do. It was a 3 day yoga retreat in Rishikesh, the Yoga capital of the World, with Yoga Vidya Mandiram and we would highly recommend this. We learned a lot and hope to apply this valuable knowledge into our lives to enhance our physical and mental wellbeing and overall health. This was one of the most impactful experiences we've ever had.

Don't take yoga as a learning class. Take it as a part of life it will help you in future. For any yoga students it's Ganga not ganges as you go further in advance level of yoga you will surely understand what I mean.

Hey Guyz. Loving your India series videos ❤ Just providing one little information that, in a Yoga School they will never serve you Packaged food like Maggi. The noodles you were eating was vermicelli, a thin type of noodles that is prepared as a savoury dish in breakfast with some Indian spices.
