Yes, iets to the root of it. It's not a money problem per se, it's a mental health and cultural problem. Not cultural by race, but economics, which does put black at higher risk due to generations of being put down and struggling with that legacy. I'm mixed, but you would have to have your head in sand not to see what people think of the poor, especially blacks. Frustration builds

Great point. But there's no father figure. In that family. Dad has a different gift than the Mother. This balanced out the child when he's raised up by 2 parent's. He's structured to face the world and his mother and father can help him deal with people in general from all cultures. It takes a lot of hard work for every one. 🙏
