Salad ingredients:
Cabbage 250 grams / 8.8 oz.
Carrots 250 grams / 8.8 oz.
Cucumber 200 grams / 7 oz.
1 medium red onion.
A bunch of parsley.
2-3 stalks of green onions.
Ingredients for salad dressing:
Vegetable oil (I used sunflower oil) 60 ml / 0.12 pint.
Vegetable oil can be measured in 6 tablespoons.
1 teaspoon salt.
black pepper to taste.
2 teaspoons dried tomatoes.
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce.
1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar.
2 tablespoons toasted sesame seeds.
Preparation: Cut the cabbage into thin slices. Grate the carrots on a coarse grater. Cut the cucumber into strips. Cut the onion into half rings. Chop the spring onions and parsley. Put all the ingredients in a bowl. Add the dressing and stir.
Preparation of the dressing: Pour vegetable oil into a bowl, add salt, pepper, dried tomatoes, Worcestershire sauce, apple cider vinegar and toasted sesame seeds. Stir the dressing well.

Salad ingredients:
5 small cucumbers.
1 teaspoon salt.
1 large bell pepper cut in half.
A bunch of dill.
A tablespoon of lemon juice.
Salad dressing:
2 tablespoons sesame seeds.
1 teaspoon dry paprika.
4 cloves of garlic.
5 tablespoons vegetable oil.
1 hot pepper.
Instructions for preparing the dressing: Roast sesame seeds. Fry grated garlic and finely chopped chili pepper in vegetable oil for 1 minute. Add dry paprika and sesame seeds and stir.
Method of preparation: Cut cucumbers into large pieces, salt and let them rest for 15 minutes to remove excess liquid. After 15 minutes, transfer the cucumbers to another bowl. Cut bell pepper into thin slices, add chopped dill. Add dressing and lemon juice, mix all ingredients. A delicious and healthy salad is ready!

3 small cucumbers 230 grams / 8 oz.
A bunch of dill.
1 medium bell pepper.
Ingredients for salad dressing:
4 tablespoons Greek yogurt.
1 teaspoon salt.
Black pepper to taste.
3 tablespoons olive oil.
1 tablespoon mustard seeds.
1 tablespoon honey.
Juice of half a lemon.
How to prepare the dressing: Mix all the ingredients and add the juice of half a lemon.
Method of preparation: Chop the cabbage, salt and mash it a little. Grate the carrots on a coarse grater. Cut the cucumber and pepper into slices. Add chopped dill.
Pour the dressing over the salad and stir.
A delicious and healthy salad is ready!
