Hi AMV, this was definitely a challenge, but honestly, I don't think anyone would be able to tell the difference between this and regular lasagna or Shepards pie. The Vegan products are very tasty.

Hi Lana, I really tried hard and researched for the right ingredients. The vegan lifestyle can be a little tricky. It's all about no animal products. That means no eggs, no butter, no milk. Whew!!! But there are substitutions for all of those products. I cross my heart, these 3 recipes were delicious. Everyone in my house ate them and loved them.

Hi Cheryl, everything is good on my end. I made these recipes and they really came out like regular meat recipes. I was amazed that the supermarkets now make plant-based products that taste like the real thing. I hope that you are well with you!

Kudos! I tried to do the vegetarian option in my college cafeteria in the 70s, but gave up after seeing lasagna day after day after day. 😂 It seemed to fall from popularity for a long time, but still one of the best. ❤ Those taquitos would have been awesome!

Good Day Rosie. I think more people would use the beyond beef except it's as expensive as regular beef. To a vegan it's worth it but to us carnivores why bother. But I'll gladly give yours a try. ❤️U🥀-Z 😘✝️
