1- Cucumber Mint Detox Water
Ingredients:
2-3 tbsp cucumber, sliced
A spoon of fresh mint leaves
Lemon wedges
500ml water
Instructions-
Combine all the ingredients and let it infuse in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours.
2- Apple Cider Vinegar Drink
Ingredients-
2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
500ml luke warm water
Optional: a few drops of stevia or honey for sweetness
Instructions-
Mix the apple cider vinegar and water.
Add sweetener if using, and shake well well. Drink before meals for best results.
3- Beetroot Fennel Chia Detox
Ingredients-
1 tbsp beetroot
1/2 tsp fennel seeds
1/4 tsp chia seeds
lemon wedges and mint leaves
500ml water
Instructions-
Combine all the ingredients and let it infuse in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours or overnight.
