3 DIY Door Tags | Gift Tags Door Hangers | Fall Front Porch Door Decor

Fall is in the air! Well... maybe not yet, but fall decor definitely is! It's time to start making all of your fun holiday home decor! This week, we created something new for our door, Door Tags! I've seen these a LOT on Pinterest, so we did a little versus challenge and we made one using the Glowforge and the other using the Cricut. Another Wonderful but great project.... Garrett was hilarious his face when he realized he was going to have to paint gave me such a belly ache from laughing soooo hard. I love the deco Podge it did stand out more loved it but I like yours too kim.... I can see this for Christmas too buffalo plaid... I learned something new on the Bow I have a bow maker of course it never looks like Garretts (sorry) but I will try the method you used Kim seems easiest/ simple... thanks enjoy your weekend!!!!!

Kim, you can just cut a slit on both sides instead of a notch. Does the same thing but not so hard on your hands. Just a suggestion. Also, if you use floral wire it makes for a secure "knot"...just wrap and twist...wallah...fluff and go. Went to your store to purchase....are you going to offer the cut outs from Garrets sign? PS...LOVE THE SNOOP MARTHA SIGN❤

😻Gah! I’m getting so excited for fall now! The hello pumpkin is super cute and I’m loving the neutral colors with the cute bow on Kims too. Hey, I also have a question for you regarding sealing outdoor signs /decor. I’ve sold a few outdoor porch signs and one customer came back because the clear coat didn’t hold up and the stain faded. I even used an outdoor spar urethane. Do you guys use Polyacrylic on all your outdoor decor? How long does it last outside? Do your paints fade? Any help is appreciated. I’m trying to avoid having customers return to have products redone. ☹️ Have a great weekend !!

Yes we use the same! We haven’t had any issues with ours honestly but since we’ve only been doing this about 2 years we’re not sure how the signs hold up past that! I’ve noticed a little sun fading but honestly if it’s outside it’ll probably fade with time no matter how hard you try to stop it!
