Dominique Freeman I was going to comment that as well, that is an absolutely dope idea because I was thinking hero to use it like heavy whipping cream and put like vanilla and cinnamon and stuff into it but the vanilla ice cream is the perfect answer and then you know it’s going to be extremely rich and decadent that is like perfect

this is one of my FAVE videos you've ever uploaded. its so beautiful! i did the valentines night in dinner and everything turned out amazing. i wanna try this. question. how do you manage to keep the food warm while making everything and getting plated?? when i entertain my food is always cold by the time we eat :(

LesleyLizbeth I keep food in the oven on the "warm" setting. If I make something like pancakes I put it on top of a cookie cooling wrack, and stick it in the oven on warm while everything else cooks up. It stays warm and the edges stay crispy!

you can also keep the serving plates warm once you're ready to serve. It's a catering thong we do when we serve food to guest.

LesleyLizbeth Thank you! I agree with the ladies below! I put the oven on the lowest setting possible and stick everything in there as I'm cooking. It's one of the perks of using white dishes and platters, you can stick those in the oven already plated :).

I just found you online because I was looking for some plating and brunch ideas for a brunch I am having on Sunday. My concern is always being sure that the food is hot or at least warmer than room temperature. I didn't just like your ideas I loved them! I am cooking for 8 people and the French toast with the seasonings and the berries are beautiful presentation and the cheesy eggs. Well, I just loved all of your ideas! I have a warming plate so that may help or maybe I can put everything in the oven at 200 degrees to stay warm. Thank you so much!

Before flipping the bread on the pan o like to pour a spoon or two of the egg mixture on the top and then flip. This makes it extra soft and flavourful on the inside. ♥️♥️
