Trick for easily cooking rice that I use all the time: put 1 cup of rice in a large bowl, add 2 cups of water and mix (you can rinse the rice also but it’s not necessary) then put the bowl covered in the microwave for 5 minutes on high, then 15 minutes on 50% power. Let rest for 5 minutes then fluff with a fork and you have perfect rice! I use this for basmati rice because it’s my favorite and it’s low glycemic but I’m sure you could do this for other kinds of rice

Honestly sounds like a TJ promo. It's still corporate food. Do it yourself, season it your way. Roast whole cauliflower head w sea salt, garlic, evoo eat what you wish, freeze rest. Rice will keep in fridge several days beyond first meal for quick fried rice or egg/rice omelettes.Yum. Chimichurri too stays good for days in fridge. Make the guac, freeze leftover. You'll save money, way less packaging and have it taste the way you want...go girl
