2:37 at 17 I did exactly what you said won't work on someone much larger than me. It worked spectacularly. I followed the motion of both arms to the pit of his elbow with two palms and full body weight with a push to the chest. 175 pounds took 250 off his feet. Large people have a false sense of ability because they have relied on fear their entire life to win a fight, rarely have they eve needed to actually fight. The technique works. I had the welts on my arms to prove it works. I've been in tons of fights and the big people have ALWAYS been the easiest to defend against. Speed and knowledge defeat size and ignorance every time.

I was rammed by a perp in a car on my bicycle purposely. He won but definitely didn’t go to jail. In fact the cops showed up and let him go.

Very practical demo by Wick re being attacked by larger, stronger opponen. Most studio instruction features the opponent of the same size or smaller? More likely a criminal attacker or attackers will pick on a person who is smaller and appears less strong?

1:43 No! Just rotate your left or right arm over his arms while also rotate your upper body. never fails! Then run, don't hit!

If he is grabbing with right arm the rotation with my left hand goes clockwise or counterclockwise tho? That is my question.
@tacticalsapper2 ай бұрын
@@coolsolder If he just holds you with his right arm, it's a good idea to rotate out of his frontal center. Which means, you could press his hand against your chest with our right hand and rotate above his arm with your left. If this is too difficult while training use your right hand / arm to rotate anyway. Also depends, if the attacker is holding something dangerous in the other hand. You wouldn't want want to get closer to that. Why press? See below: two hands. That's normally the preferred one. With two hands around your neck, ideally your weaker arm locks the hands of the attacker (just press his / her hands on your chest), then raise your strong arm above the attacker's arms while rotating (to your left), while rotating, bring down your arm again until you touch the attacker's arm with it. NOW two possibilities: you continue your downwards movement and body rotation and break his arm lock or you use his arm as a guide and glide your elbow back again along his arm and automatically will find his face with your elbow. This should be enough, but you can use the momentum of your right arm, and let your lower arm snap towards his face, this time with a fist (like a hammer, careful if you hit his teeth your hand will maybe get cut). The rotation of your body is a strong force and difficult to stop. If I find a video I will post it here, sounds complicate when I read it again.
