I tried the Paneer cutlet, and was disappointed cuz I tried deep frying it and it crumbled. Nor was I a fan of the cumin I kept biting into. It over powers the taste of the remaining ingredients. And adding the ketchup really made no sense. For those who are not a fan of eating the raw ingredients, shallow frying it all for few minutes without the cumin goes a long way into enhancing the flavors. And dipping the cutlet into a maida batter or egg white before rolling them in the bread crumbs helps in keeping all the ingredients intact.
