Namaste Chef, hope you're doing well by God's grace. I always make Paneer cutlet by this process. But instead of Semolina, I add Besan. Initially I used to make cutlet using raw paneer, but kya kare bete ki liye innovate karna pada fry karke 😊. Stay blessed always
