THE THINGS YOU’LL NEED:
BLTA with Chipotle Mayo
· 8 slices turkey bacon
· 8 slices bread
· 2 tomatoes, sliced
· 1 avocado, sliced thin
· Romaine lettuce leaves
· ½ cup Mayonnaise
· 2 teaspoons adobo sauce*, from a can of chipotles in adobo
· 2 teaspoons lemon juice
· ¼ teaspoon smoked paprika
· ¼ teaspoon garlic powder
· ¼ teaspoon chili powder
· ¼ teaspoon kosher salt
· ¼ teaspoon black pepper
Deviled Eggs
· 12 large eggs, hardboiled
· 1/3 cup mayonnaise
· 1 tablespoon yellow mustard
· 1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar
· Salt, pepper & garlic powder to taste
· Smoked paprika for garnish
Chipotle Roasted Potatoes
· 1 lbs baby potatoes
· 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
· 3 teaspoons adobo sauce*, from a can of chipotles in adobo
· 1 tablespoons water
· Salt, to sprinkle
· Chives chopped (optional)

I love deviled eggs! When I make egg salad for sandwiches I will use the same ingredients that I do for deviled eggs. The mustard gives it a little kick which is nice. I love summer cookout food with deviled eggs, macaroni, and potato salad, and all the grilled things. My Uncle used to make cut-up kielbasa with mustard and brown sugar and it was great.
