Are we supposed to go to the tempo you go by when doing the breathing? It feels too fast for me. Unless that’s what I’m supposed to be doing. Or is it supposed to be normal breathing for all three?

I think he stated at the beginning to go at the pace that is suitable for you. As you know you better than anyone else.

when panicked, it's tough to do the "3, 2, 1" thing slowly. I've noticed starting quicker is easier.
