Hello! Thank you so much for these videos. I have purchased the book and been doing the exercises for 60 minutes daily. One question, when you do the breath light exercises and are too keep the air from getting warm in your nose, sometimes it feels like to do this you have to breath quicker - any tips on this? I know were supposed to slow down the breathing, but when I do that it feels like to keep it slow I need to breath in further. Hope this is clear!

Regarding asthma. When a breathing attack happens....if the trouble is getting air in! It isn't asthma. It's reflux. Difficulty getting air out....is asthma.

I was wondering if Patrick McKeown had a deviated septum, and if he would recommend surgery to enable nasal breathing at night? I have this problem, and considering if I need surgery as nasal breathing at night is too difficult for me. Thanks🦋

Patrick does have a deviated septum, and underwent surgery many years ago. However, nobody told him to breathe through his nose after it all. You should consider reaching out to a Buteyko Practitioner who can work with you and see about a plan with breathing exercises.
