I am a nail tech for 37 years. Although I did retire in 2020. So I have never worked with polygel before so I ordered something cheap to practice with. I tried one nail and packed it all up. lol I am so use to acrylic. So I will pull it back out tomorrow and give it a whirl again. I love that there is no odor to smell up my house! A big plus! You make it look easy and after 37 years you would think I would catch on but only tried one nail. Haha

Im a total begginer and I prefer technique 2 for dual forms and full tips I make a total mess! I use half tips and build the gel on my natural nail did my third set today and friends asked if I got them at the nail salon

I've recently been seing videos of polygel on my Facebook, for months I've been wanting to do it just because they look better more natural looking when done and it looks easier than acrylics.. I have bought a little set to try hopefully I succeed on my first go, I really want nice nails 😂 the only thing is will they break easily if I'm cleaning the dishes? For the first go I'm not going to try to do lonnnng nails I'm going to go for a style where I've got a little bit more length.. any advice would be amazing x P.s. I'm going to try to do the last technique

hi im new to poly gel and trying to really learn this lamp but for some reason when i do forms i cant get them to stick like literally all the videos i have seen yes i use a form that goes side wall to side wall but they lift before i can put them under the lamp i have tried the clamp things but they make the gel come out the sides i don't know how to fix this issue when NOBODY talks about it. can you help? i know this video is old but i need help

You can get a mini lamp to flash cure them while you hold them in place, then cure fully in the lamp 😊

For #1 she uses the poly gel as an undercoat to a full tip that she doesn’t remove
