You can store poses in image sequence which gives you only one media input and here is my question: in Blender you can simply keyframe desired frame along the timeline with step interpolation, it's fast and easy, is there a Fusion node which alows you to do that?

is it important that your png's of the dog were 1920x1080? (i.e. same as the project settings, i guess). Because I tried this using two different pngs (two different sizes), and when the dissolve reached one end or the other, the png would suddenly jump positions (to an underlying position?) i.e. it had one position when they both pngs showing, and another position when just one png was showing.
