Hi, due to the layers in my hair, when doing the side braid all my hair sticks out of the braid at weird angles as some of it's too short to stay in. I have long hair as well. Does anybody have any tips on how to either reduce these fly away hairs or even disguise them?

Hi Missy ! I'm a big fan of your hairstyles. Though what I have to say is a problem. I'm from India and my hair is naturally black. It gets really dry if I don't oil it, and sometimes too stupid if I do. Plus the texture too is not that good, I think. I don't use any sort of creams or sprays (other than water) while doing the styles you teach. Being black, nothing shows out either, except for sidebraids(finely done ones) . Any suggestions to better my condition?
