How heavy should heavy ISO’s be? Like what approximate intensity or level of effort should these be if I wanted to throw them into my routine?

That will depend on the specific exercise and how long the rep(s) are, but as a general rule, go heavy. I like performing them between 15-45 seconds with a load that I'm near failure at when the time is finished.
