I know this channel is a treasure trove of no B.S. wisdom, but have you ever considered creating a punchy, 150ish page "manual" where you consolidate all this information, Will? Cause, here's my money.

How heavy should heavy ISO’s be? Like what approximate intensity or level of effort should these be if I wanted to throw them into my routine?

That will depend on the specific exercise and how long the rep(s) are, but as a general rule, go heavy. I like performing them between 15-45 seconds with a load that I'm near failure at when the time is finished.
