That’s why Zion is such a freak, dunking from the free throw line off one leg at 275 lbs is nuts.

learning how to do max effort bounds and hops for distance was huge for me, the coordination + power needed to reach forward with the leg and then strike down as hard you can is probably one of the best stimuli one can get

I thought for sure you were 6' or 6'1. Dunking like that at 5'10 is insane.

Hey Will, how would you introduce Plyos for someone who was sedentary for a long time, or just lifted without doing Plyos before? I'm also heavier (about 280lbs at 6'2") so I'm worried about knees, though I never had knee issues when I was playing Basketball a few years ago at a lighter Bodyweight (230-240 ish). Like what variations to go from low intensity -> moderate intensity -> high intensity -> max jumps while giving the body/knees enough time to adapt?

You and Alec Enkiri are the two most intense workout guys on media, neither of you two hold back. I feel your pain on not being able to hit a one leg dunk at basketball, I'm 62, 5 foot 7.5 inches, 228 pounds and hardly ever hit the one leg dunk anymore, maybe once a week at most.........

They’ve both got really uniquely well rounded approaches to training

62 years old, 5'7.5" tall, 228lbs and still dunking? Please post the videos to KZbin, this is a feat so absurd I've never heard of or seen something like this before.

You're 62 years old and dunking at 5'7"? That might be one of the most impressive things I've ever heard of.
