It is so cool to see different energizers, so we can have a clear idea of the use they can have. Scarf Run is a game that I used to play when I was a kid. During many years I thought it was a Portuguese children game! :)

Amazing that you mention this, because I learned scarf run actually in Portugal, in a school were I saw kids playing it!

Thanks for sharing! I am really like Scarf game. Usually I do this game when the topic of project is connected with sport. Then u r pretty much sure it will work for everyone. One of simply and useful energizers: "Count 10 to 1", ppl 10-50, time 3min, when: whenever (before, during, after session). Activity is very good to warm up participants when they are bored/sleepy/tired U should all together count from 10 to 1 by shaking of left hand-right hand-left leg-right leg. U start very slowly and then increase the speed and shaking. count all together and loud.
