In this video I put together clips from all of my visits to the eruption in Geldingadalir, Iceland. The first clip is from within 24 hours after the eruption started and the last clip is from June. I have visited the eruption site over 10 times and on a regular basis so you will hopefully get an good overview of the evolotion of the eruption.
You can see how much the area has changed in less than three months time. I really hope you enjoy the video. If you do I would appreciate if you like it and subscribe to my channel. In the upcoming weeks I will upload more videos from Iceland!
All of the footage is recorded on my DJI Mavic 2 Pro.

Wonderful capturing of the Earth re-generating its skin. Elsewhere on the planet the skin, the crust, is diving back down into the mantle to melt into magma again. The constant cycle, the pulse, one of so many pulses, so many rhythms; of days and seasons and tides and the tiny waves on a small lake in the woods that nobody sees, the wiggling of the strings in the nucleus of every single atom. The power, the energy released in this single volcanic event must be in the terawatt/hour range. It should remind us all who is in charge. Fabulous video.

I also rather miss 'Bob' along with Flo, Hel, Sif, Ulf and Rag, and it's incredible to see the enormous size of little 'Nar' now! @@hermannhelguson Thank you. I am disabled (MS)) and there is no way I can do the hike to the views of lava. Are there any recommendations on helicopter operators in the area that are reputable and land in good viewing area?

Yes they have stopped. It's only erupting from one crater at the moment. Some of the paths have been overflowed with lava, so some of them are closed

One day the Earths core will run dry and suffer the same fate as Mars did. Same with Sun but only in Supernova, then all is gone. The end.

Is it true that the police had to close off the area because people are doing stupid stunts?

The earth is cold the earth is hot, the earth is science with no care for flesh and bone. The earth will do as it wishes and needs . The wonderful creation of God .
