new to your channel and i have to say i love how you trim the BS out and get straight to the meat and potatoes of the video, its truly refreshing not to dragged along with filler words and the content is truly what i'm looking for in both nutrition/diet management and exercise. im here for health and i think i came to the right place.

compared to most videos he didn't even talk much. he went through a quick talk on nutrition cause it is the most important and then he showed the 3 exercises.

First medicine ball kzbin.infoUgkxsg8rI-i6ePWRkhrp_UHScmUIKozMa9uU that I have ever owned. So far so good, it's very easy to hold on to with workouts I do with it, although I do wish though I would have ordered a heavier one, the ones at the gym I used to go to must have been overweight because this one felt pretty light compared to those that said they were also 8 pounds. Great product though, I love it and plan on keeping it for a while at least until I need a bigger one

Stop stuffing your face is what keeps you from getting.. love handles. Exercise is what tightens your core.

Are these daily exercises or every other day? What about incorporating regular planks and some form of crunch into the workout to focus on the front of your stomach as well as the obliques?
@lme336 Жыл бұрын
I would do them daily - maybe 2 times each day.
@philrobinson3282 жыл бұрын
Great, just a question though, number 2 exercise, are you supposed to raise yourself on one side or do you swap left then right?

I eat mostly healthy home cooked meals, don’t eat crappy food, don’t drink sugary drinks and still have these dreaded love handles. I can slim down and that will be the last area to go. Been thinking of getting cool sculpting done.

Nutrition is the big deal for me. It's hard to figure out what I'm going to eat and when. I bought oatmeal and my kid told me it was bad for me so I stopped. I heard fruits were bad because of the sugars but I got so tired of a bland diet I started eating fruits again and feel better doing it. It's very confusing

Just to this channel has zero idea, you need to be in a caloric deficit to lose body fat, there are no exercises to do that can lose weight in specific areas, crunches or core exercises, will not burn fat from your belly! You will only see your Abbs once you body fat gets close to 15% . Stomach fat is the first to form and the last to go . Walking, jogging running or other light cardio will be required to burn body fat
