Yeah the problem was that the dialogues should had been randomized instead of playing in the same order every time. Otherwise it would be ok in Skyrim

This is the same spot where, if you do the fighters guild quest to protect the shop overnight, you'll find the three burglars just standing there before the quest starts, waiting to rob you. In contrast to these three Nords, they'll be extremely rude if you try to talk to them.

I used to play a lot of oblivion as a teenager. One summer I played so much that the people in my dreams weren't real people anymore but oblivion NPCs. I'd have conversations just like the three nords have in the video and join along saying my piece. I stopped playing around that time.

So I decided to just stick with that for all the games from then on. Played Nord in Skyrim and I went back and played Morrowind and Daggerfall and picked Nord there too!

Especially according to the Empire's own "official" (possibly propaganda) story, which is that Tiber Septim was an Atmoran named Talos (Before becoming the god Talos) who was the last person to come to Tamriel from Atmora, and actually started his military/political career in Skyrim. That's what I can remember of it anyway.

It's scenes like these that just take me out of the immersion. It made me feel like I'm playing a video game rather than being in a different world. Heck, stuff like this doesn't happen even in GTA that time. It killed the fun for me.
