I think you should work on your own pronunciation as well. I can sense your slight regional accent, and you do not pronounce some words clearly enough. One example is the word "pronunciation" that you often pronounce as "prunciation"

Haha funny! This is how I've spoken all my life as a Native English Speaker :) I have a standard American accent, but I'm sure you have encountered many other ways of speaking in the US and UK! As Native English Speakers we, too, can have varying inflection and pronunciation depending on where in the US you are from.

In Usa, as soon as they hear your accent even over the phone they right away ask you where you are from or if you have visa for work. And accents can preventing you from getting a good job in usa. Nobody talks about this, but it's honest true. There is a little bit of discrimination just because you have an accent. My friend finished Princeton University, had more education than other guys who got hired for higher position, they chose him over her that gad way more aducation.
