Dash Peychaud's Bitters
3/4oz | 22.5ml Lemon Juice
1oz | 30ml Pineapple Juice
3/4oz | 22.5ml Orgeat
1 1/2oz | 45ml Gin
METHOD: Crushed (or Pebble) Ice
GLASSWARE: Collins
GARNISH: Lemon Wheel & Mint Sprig
SATURN
3/4oz | 22.5ml Lemon Juice
1/2oz | 15ml Passion Fruit Syrup
1/2oz | 15ml Orgeat
1/2oz | 15ml Falernum
1 1/2oz | 45ml Gin
METHOD: Crushed (or Pebble) Ice
GLASSWARE: Pearl Diver (or Collins)
GARNISH: Lemon Wheel
SINGAPORE SLING
1/2oz | 15ml Lime Juice
1 1/2oz | 45ml Pineapple Juice
1/2oz | 15ml Grenadine
1/2oz | 15ml Cherry Herring
1/4oz | 7.5ml Benedictine
1/4oz | 7.5ml Cointreau
1 1/2oz | 45ml Gin

Saturn is my favorite cocktail period so I’m happy to see it getting love! Every gin adds something different but I’ve also had a bar in Salt Lake City use aquavit which is also surprisingly good

Great video. I especially appreciated the segment with the Singapore Sling, because it was only recently that I finally got that particular drink (as far as understanding it enough to make a decent one). It has a lot of moving parts, and that means it's easy to throw off balance. The one from Polite Provisions looks very enjoyable.

I was going to say, that guy looks familiar. Polite! The Saturn is my top 3 cocktail of all time...the fact its tiki makes it even better. Highly recommend going to Foreign National in Seattle for their (off the menu) version - their homemade velvet falernum makes it all the better (hints of clove)

Nice session! I am really enjoying this series of Tiki drinks with something other than Rum (the Scotch ones were great, especially that London Sour, which as I noted there I tweaked just a tad), and all of these look wonderful. I had a Singapore Sling at The Raffles in Beijing years ago and it was just okay. Having one at the Singapore location is on the bucket list. But, I think I'll be able to enjoy one at Polite Provisions sooner as it's much closer to the Bay Area! Cheers!

Nah, we just put them in little cheater bottles, so that they take less room on the bartop while filming. Great question thought!
