3- GRE Tunnel Idea Loopback as source

The most useful video about the relationship between GRE Tunnel and Routing protocole, I got the idea that the loopback is a solution of erreurs like RECURSUVE ROUTINGS..., but I was searching for the "why" of using it. THANK you. جزاك الله خيرا

but this idea doesn't suit for internet i guess, as there will be ISP cloud in between and we cannot run igp with isp
