In today's video I bring the 3 Habits that I permanently exclude from my life, as the title says, these habits were delaying my development and my routine, it was like I was swimming against the tide.
Habits to be changed we have to identify the triggers, habits are muscles, and depending on how you train these muscles it can make you unhappy and frustrated.
Bad habits are hard to break, it requires effort, determination and willpower, once the good habits are in place you ask yourself: Why didn't I change these habits before?
