I met with someone for a meeting and their office was right next to a park. So, the man asked if we could do a walking meeting. He said that the company incentivized their employees to do walking meetings and gave them a discount on their healthcare premiums. I thought that was such a neat thing for them to do! Everyone at the office was in great shape 🎉

I turned 53 this year, (on my 50th birthday) my girls and I got together and went roller skating (more-less) for nostalgia and to have fun! But, we had such a great time, that we have kept it going over the past few years and now we get together regularly, and our “girls night” revolves around roller skating! It’s so fun and we’re getting physical exercise at the same time!! 🛼

My friends and I used to swim in flood waters and fish in "cricks", not creeks😅 when were kids. Didn't have a care in the world about snakes, ticks, lions and bears, but now as adults...not happenin'!
