@@ADEXClubPractice your single arm outside of your body swings like on the side of your body swings. 10 practice side to side swings. Pullovers ,shelid cast , rotation shield cast ,to two handed inside circles and outside circles every now and then you would take one hand off of the club so you're getting some single work done
