I hacksawed a 6 foot spinlock barbell into a 23" club handle and a 38" mace handle. I hand filed to round off the sharp edges. It works well. My collars do have rubber rings, and I use 2 collars on each side of the plates. Thanks for your review.

@@troymatthews9541 mark wildman did a review. I’m not a fan of things like this though. In my opinion it’s a bosu ball style of training. I hate that crap. Just get strong and you get plenty stable. I could see it’s use for traveling but that’s it.

@@strongmandan Ive once brought a 20pound kettlebell that had water in the inside but I didn't know until later. I didn't like it because felt like the water put me where it wanted me to go instead of me just going there myself. But the benefit of it being on an handle is that it won't hurt so much if it hits you. But also what about plates? How many 5 and 2.5 pounds can you'd fit on it?

A review of the use and placement of lightweight spacers, please.
@strongmandan8 ай бұрын
I’ll get one made this week but here’s a description. spacers go on the screw. It’s a 5/8” screw so bthey have a 5/8” hole and an overall diameter of 2”. So cyou won’t use the Adex plates you’d just use the Olympic plates

@@strongmandan hey! Can you safely use the adex plates with the CK Maceworks Cadi Club more? im deciding between the Cadi Club or the adex club, but feel limited with the idea of the diameter of standard plates. I figure the plates from adex fix that solution.
@strongmandan6 ай бұрын
@@mikec5099 Unfortunately no. The CK has a 1" Screw. The Adex is 5/8." Adex is the best adjustable club in my book. The plate width is necessary for club work. The one I sell is the best adjustable mace though. It'll be up for sale on my site attitudeiron.com this evening. It's also going to save you $50-$100 dollars over CK or Adex and includes Free Shipping.

Make o-ring cut from an old inner tube? Use several thicknesses if needed?

Yeah that could work. You can buy nylon washers that work. I ended up just doing that

I have some 3d printed spacers on mine so I can use olympic plates and I’ve had it up to 70lbs with lots of room to spare on the add in kit screw. The standard screw would still be fine for over 70lbs. You could probably do 1” plates instead and use 10’s. I haven’t tried that though. I hate standard plates.
