The Octo Finissimo is beautiful. However, I don't like that "drunk" second hand. At 7:23 you can see the moving second hand "wiggling". It happens when the second hand passes 3 o'clock and also 4 o'clock. I see this wiggling happening on other videos too ..

This idea of an inhouse movement is a fairly new thing in watchmaking. Gérald Genta watches are all about design, and the movements used in each very vastly bases on who and when it was made. For example, I have an Octo with a Zenith Chronograph movement.

I don't see that 'wiggling' in real life...it runs as smooth as any 3Hz movements. Not sure why it is like that in the videos, but I can assure you that if you see the watch in real life that "drunk" second hand effect is not there - or it is not visible to the naked eye. Das sind die wahren Probleme eines Mannes: eine Uhr, die ich tags auf der Yacht und abends in der Oper tragen kann. Leider leider gefällt mir die Nautilus nicht, also muss ich erstmal weiter die wasserdichte Apple-Watch auf - meiner Yacht (na ja, Jolle) tragen ....
