i got one too, and when using the actual measuring tape, the measurement doesn't appear on the screen... and that is one of the reasons why i don't like it. Going to return mine

😢my one will not turn on ,polarity correct tried 3 sets of batteries, press power button 5 seconds and longer!

Mate you did 2 things wrong here, firstly the measurement was from behind the tape you measured it manually from the front. Also why didn’t you show the laser level on the wall? Word of advise learn how to do proper tutorials or don’t do videos.
