Use # 3 buckshot bb load in a Mossberg 20 gauge....deer hunting season my boys laughed at me...dropped a 6 point at 40 yards like a stone....also my go to defense round...I would never want to be on the other end of it....great load and as cheap as you can get

I would love to see these same "easy" loads along with the 2 3/4 easy loads tested from a 18.5" cylinder bore like the one many of us have in the closet. Would be interested to see if they are versatile enough to use for excellent hunting loads AND for defensive purposes with a similar pattern but at 15yards or so.

I've been working on that and ended up settling on a 16 pellet 1-1/2 oz load of .31 cal 2.75" long, because 7 shells fit into my magazine tube. Used a X12X with a 3/8" felt cushion. Having 16 pellets is better than typical 9 pellet when a pattern opens up fast Also very hard cast pellets that don't deform too bad with the lack of cushion in the wad.

Yeah as of yesterday I can validate that 00+ DOES NOT FIT IN TPS, I pressed a load in and it I've VERY VERY HARD to shuck in the hub a semi doesn't stand a chance

Just curious, not directly related to this video, but have you ever experimented with leaving wads completely uncut when you're trying to get ultra tight patterns? Just curious

yes I have... they don't work good that way! They won't empty the payload most times! The whole charge will tumble out of control.

Heavily ported chokes will disrupt your patterns. You can see the damage on the wads. A quality smooth choke will out pattern most ported chokes especially past 50 yards

This is for Wade. I recently watched your video on Sellier & Bellot and Nobel Sport 12ga OO buck rounds. I could not find that video again and your email address does not seem to work. I was testing the S&B 12ga 3in 15 pellet round in a S&W 916 (not takedown) with the barrel trimmed to 20 in. The first shot worked normally and the pattern at 15 yards was good. (defensive use) The second shot seized the action and I had get the help of a gunsmith to open the action, The metal head of the shell had flowed into the extractor claw recess. This is excessive pressure. I exchanged those loads for some Federal Premium OO buck. Your velocity of 1700 fps with this load is a red flag. Go Gamecocks

I been watching you for a while now and Wade you've taught me alot. I been picking up hulls I have mostly got Federal low brass And I know they are the 9 buks a box at Walmart shot once proably got 150 rounds of these tough little hulls I got a 000 buckshot mold I want to put in em and I watched that video where you said this shot you want to keep em at 900 to 1100 ft per second I am thinking 27 grains of longshot and that mean green wad or the brown wad anyways can i get some input on this? I think its where I want to be but would like your advice

Seams like to me, YT doesn’t like anything gun related or ammunition reloading period. To bad, like you said, smelting lead is smelting lead, weather it’s fishing sinkers, buckshot, or muzzleloader balls/mini balls. Too bad, when first explorers came to this country, the procession was the same way. Same with taking down statues of this nations history...it won’t erase the history!!!

we can take 5 racked bucks per year. 3 tags are issued with our base tags (legal buck has antlers 3" above hair-line) 'bucks with shorter antlers must have an antlerless tag applied' and we can buy 2 more buck tags for $5 ea. these 2 tags are restricted to bucks with 4 points on 1 side or bucks with a 12" inside spread.
