3 Ingredient Chocolate Truffles

These delicious and rich confections are sure to make someone's day. Just 3 simple ingredients in the recipe and no special equipment required. You can customize them in anyway you like. Roll them into a variety of toppings and they will look just like they came from an expensive chocolate shop.
Ingredients:
6 oz. bittersweet, milk, or semi-sweet chocolate chips
1/4 cup heavy whipping cream
2 Tbsp. unsalted butter, room temperature
*Your favorite ingredients for rolling the truffles; cocoa powder, sprinkles, powdered sugar, finely chopped nuts, toasted coconut etc.
