Some more 3 ingredient cookies recipes are peanut butter cookies and Nutella cookies! Peanut butter cookies - 1 cup of peanut butter - 1/2 cup of sugar - 1 egg These go in for 8-10 minutes Nutella cookies - 1 cup of Nutella - 1 cup of flour - 1 egg These bake for 10-15 minutes

Thank you so much for the recipe. This is perfect for me because I like a variety of cookies. This way I can make several and start on different variations. I used half Crisco half butter. I also found out powder sugar is better to use than regular white sugar. The cookie was less gritty but smooth. They melted in my mouth. I used the sprinkles in some and the other I put a cherry. I like the short recipes. I don't like being in the kitchen all day putting baking trays in and out of the oven. Less clean up also. I refrigerate the cookies to keep them fresh. But they are going fast.

Just switched out Splenda for the sugar to make it diabetic friendly for my senior citizen parents and this recipe was a SMASH HIT last Christmas. It was so much fun to make these with my mother and they were delicious and golden brown around the edges. ❤️❤️❤️🙏🏾

I just had to share this with everyone. I made these today and they were awesome soft & chewy! When I got the 3 ingredients mixed I did find the dough was a teeny bit too dry to hold together, so I added 1/4 t. vanilla extract, 1 T. Milk & 10 drops of honey. After I got them on the cookie sheet and flattened slightly, I made a thumb print (well) in each cookie. (I got 16). I topped 4 w/apricot jam, 4 w/coconut flakes, 4 w/crushed Blueberry flavored Almonds and the last 4 w/mix of the almonds & coconut. Then sprinkled all w/a pinch of sugar before baking. They disappeared in less than 15 minutes. The smell of the blueberry almonds is heavenly & filled the house. The hard part was waiting for them to cool off! My 5 yr old grandson said the wait was torture for his tummy. Too cute. (The almond/coconut mix were the best, with the jam a close second.) If you haven't heard of or had those blueberry almonds yet, you gotta try them, they are amazing.

I also found a peanut butter cookie recipe that's fast & simple l cup of peanut butter 3/4 cups of brown sugar, 1egg mix all ingredients until cohesive roll into small balls & place on cookie sheet press cookies with cup or btm. Of glass or score with folk, I made some last night, I added chocolate chips. They are delicious. The recipe actually call for 1 cup of sugar but Since I was adding chocolate chips so I figured it may be too sweet. So I used less.

Thank you for sharing. The 3-ingredient Peanut Butter Cookie recipe is amazing. The first time I saw the recipe I was skeptical that they would work. We often make them when we know a student or teacher is gluten free at our school. I don't make them at home, because I am actually allergic to peanuts. Such a bummer. Peanut nuts and peanut butter are so delicious, especially in candies and cookies. Happy Baking!

Mine took at least 20 minutes to start getting the golden brown edges (I didn't use the convection option . . . next time I definitely will).
