What a special treat for you to surprise us with a special guest who made such yummy hot chocolate. I am Mexican American from Texas and he was right on point with the dash of cinnamon and pinch of cayenne for a Mexican inspired hot chocolate. I make a coffee cake in a bunt pan and so far never sticks. Trick for it I found works is bakers joy cooking spray. Spray it really good and get every nook and cranny spayed well. Even up the flute. That works great for me. Not light spray. No the pizza won’t taste like greasy flour. Recipes look delicious.

I just want to say I made your chicken breas in the oven and it came out so good. and not dry at all and I made chicken thighs also they was just as good and the bag of instant mashed potatoes and dinner was great not dry like my mom's always was thank you so much. Just a little advice, if you put your cocoa powder into a cup and add a spoon of milk at a time and mix until your cocoa powder becomes a sauce, You don’t have to worry about the lumps if you do that first.

I made that in a bunt pan. It didn't work either. I greased it a lot but it still stuck. Believe me the kids ate every bit of it even though it looked horrible. So I'm going to try it this way. You're right especially if you have little hands. Nicer to have them individually. Thanks for the idea.
