No weather can stop ice cream lovers from enjoying it, and if you have a better half who loves it then what's better time to prepare it yourself on the occasion of Valentine's Day. This 3-ingredient ice cream will be a perfect mood setter for you and your loved one!
This recipe is super simple, is made using only 3-ingredients and does not require any fancy equipment. So let's dive in, shall we?

1 cup or 250gms Dairy Cream or Whipping Cream
150½ cup or gms Condensed milk
4½ tbsp or 35 gms Cocoa powder
Optional:
Handful Almonds (roasted)
Handful Chocolate Chips
½ tsp Cinnamon powder

OK, I have made this TWICE, and I can attest this is delicious! My bride absolutely loves it! The second time I modified the recipe to make it simpler. You might think it is more complicated, but it helped the cream "rise" better, as folding in the ingredients into it caused it to lose some of its fluffiness. So here's what I did. First I doubled the ingredients so I could use the whole can of condensed milk. In my Kitchenaid mixing bowl, I first blended the condensed milk, 10 Tb of 100% Cocoa and Vietnamese Cinnamon till it was smoothly blended. Then I poured in the cream, and put the bowl with everything in it, and the beater from my Kitchenaid in the freezer for half an hour. Then out of the freezer, mix on progressively faster speeds till on high for five minutes until the cream rises to its full extent. Fold in the chopped and roasted almonds, and 24 hours later you have some of the most delicious ice cream ever! Thank you Chef Kunal!!!
