I’ve tried this and while it’s good, it’s starchy. It also took forever for my milk to boil(I cook a lot of food when I do cook though). My favorite way so far is to just cover the noodles with water, boil, drain, cover with condensed milk, cook till thickened, add cheese and salt and it’s amazing.

This recipe actually looks alright. If you want a nicer Mac and cheese, although this recipe is more complicated and time consuming. Boil a pot of water and put the pasta in. Let it cook there for a couple of minutes and then remove it. Put a lid on and it will continue cooking. Add a small chunk of butter and about the same amount in flour to a separate pan. Let it cook for a minute or two so it doesn’t taste like raw flour. Add about half a teaspoon of mustard powder and mix it in. You should now have a thick paste. Slowly pour in a bit of milk and mix. Repeat this a few times. Add pepper. Add your preferred amount of cheese. Let it mix in. Add the pasta. You now have max and cheese. If you want, you can put it in a baking dish, add some breadcrumbs on top and bake it for a bit for a bit of extra crunch.

Four cups of milk, a quarter of a gallon... You can reduce the milk instead and boil the noodles in a separate pan, so the noodles don't have their proteins messed up by the milk. Don't fixate on the two ingredient monster. You can make your cheese sauce with milk, seasoning, and cheese if done on low heat. Don't add pepper early like he did as heat kills most of it's punchy flavor. If you're having trouble getting the sauce to come together you can use a touch of mustard or mayo to help bind it. If you don't like either of those take a small cup of warm milk and crack an egg into it, whisk them together and slowly add the egg milk back into the sauce while the sauce is of the heat. Last of all, don't cook with gloves on like this, practice good hygiene instead.

Coloque 4 xícaras de leite, leve ao fogo médio para ferver levemente e mexa sempre. Adicione 1 xícara e meia de macarrão e cozinhe por 10-15 minutos em fogo médio baixo, até que o leite seja absorvido, adicione temperos se desejar.
